RATES as of September 2009 - Booking & Cancellation policies

Our suite is private and can be rented with just one or both bedrooms depending on the number of guests. Should you only need one bedroom, the second bedroom will never be rented to anyone else.

We offer bed and breakfast or self-catering rental options.

B&B rates include daily continental breakfast and light housekeeping service with change of towels as needed.

Self-catering excludes breakfast but we do offer complimentary coffee and teas. You can prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen! There is no housekeeping service provided unless requested. Towels will be exchanged as needed.

Rates are in Canadian dollars and there is no Tax to be added!

Breakfast menu

Continental breakfast is offered and delivered within the privacy of your dining room every morning.

Breakfast consists of a hot beverage (coffee or teas), orange juice, fresh fruit salad, 3 types of cold cereals, toasts & baked goods (croissants, bagels, muffins , banana bread or turnovers), homemade jams.

Breakfast is served from 7AM till 9AM. Please arrange for a time of delivery at check-in.

Complimentary coffee and teas are available in the suite for your enjoyment at anytime.

Booking and cancellation policies

A credit card is required at time of booking to secure the reservation and our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior the date

of arrival. If you cancel within the policy or fail to arrive, we reserve the right to charge one night on your credit card.

We would try our best to resell the suite first.

Stays of 5 nights and more a 50 % deposit is required 30 days prior arrival. Cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior arrival for a full refund of deposit minus $50.00 administration fee. Within the 2- week cancellation policy you may be charged for each night we are unable to resell. Travel insurance is strongly recommended!

Check-in at 4PM/Check-out at 11AM. Early or late arrivals, please advise.
